Lady Vikings golf team places 3rd in O-K Silver

The Hopkins High School girls’ golf team wrapped up the regular season Monday evening at the O-K Silver Conference championships. The Vikings finished the season in third place overall. Cayla Szubinski (far right) earned conference honors and Cobie Palmbos and Katie Taylor were accorded honorable mention accolades. The Vikings now prepare for the Michigan High Athletic Association (MHSAA) regional tournament next Tuesday, Oct. 10, in Hastings.
