The softball season ended Saturday morning for Hopkins n the district tournament in an 11-1 loss to Middleville Thornapple Kellogg. The horrible weather conditions moved Wayland’s district semifinal against Allegan at Hopkins to 2 p.m. Monday.
The Lady Vikings finished their season with a 21-9 overall record. Middleville, now 27-4, will take on the winner of the Allegan-Wayland game at 4 p.m. Monday on the Hopkins field.
