The Hopkins High School varsity volleyball team played at home for the first time this season Tuesday night and came away with a 3-0 victory over O-K Silver Conference opponent Godwin Heights.
The scores for the match were 25-19, 25-20, and 25-16.
The Hopkins individual statistical leaders were:
• Assists: Lindsey Bulich 15, Corrie Wisser 14.
• Kills: Brianna Miller 18, Lindsey Bulich 5, Corrie Wisser/Natalie McDonald/Avery Roxbury 4, Mady Weber 3.
• Blocks: Brianna Miller 2, Mady Weber 1.
Aces: Brianna Miller 5, Corrie Wisser 3, Maya Kerber/Mady Weber/Kate Cleypool 1.
Digs: Brianna Miller 8, Corrie Wisser/Ryley Dykstra 6, Avery Roxbury/Lindsey Bulich 5, Maya Kerber 3.
The victory improved the Lady Vikings’ league record to 3-1 and overall dual match record to 6-3. They will play Sparta next on Thursday, Oct. 8.
