The Hopkins High School varsity volleyball team defeated Comstock Park in three sets Tuesday night to push its overall season record to 14-8.

The Lady Vikings, 6-1 in O-K Silver Conference action, prevailed by scores of 25-16, 25-15 and 25-20.

Hopkins defeated NorthPointe Christian Thursday in three of four sets, 25-22, 22-25, 25-15, 25-18.

The Lady Vikings faced some tough competition Wednesday (Oct. 14)in a quad meet. They lost a very close match to Unity Christian (25-17, 21-25, 13-15), lost to a very talented Forest Hills Eastern outfit (17-25, 16-25), and defeated Reeths Puffer (25-20, 25-22).

Hopkins lost in five sets to Plainwell in a non-conference dual match Tuesday (Oct. 13).  The Lady Vikes took the first two sets and then were unable to maintain the momentum.  The scores for the match were 25-20, 25-20, 15-25, 19-25, 15-17.
