The Wayland girls’ varsity tennis team improved its overall record to 3-2-1 Tuesday afternoon with a 7-1 victory over nonleague opponent Plainwell.
The Lady Wildcats won every match except at fourth doubles.
Wayland will resume O-K Gold Conference play against Wyoming Wednesday.Both of the Wildcats’ losses have come in league play.
