The Wayland girls’ varsity soccer team evened its overall season record at 3-3 Monday evening with an 8-0 victory over Wyoming.
The win on the road also brought the Lady Wildcats’ O-K Gold Conference3 record to 2-2.
Goals were scored by: Emily Gray, Hannah Henney, Amanda Brown (2), Brinley Nieuwenhuis (3), and Ashlyn Schafer. Assists were recorded by Ashlyn Schafer, Emily Gray and Amanda Brown.
Rachel Wienclaw was called on three times, making three saves and posting her second clean sheet of the season, according to head coach Ben Sleeman.
The Lady Wildcats will be back home Wednesday at 6 p.m. to take on conference foe Forest Hills Eastern.
