Macarty Carpenter plans to play football at Kalamazoo College

Wayland High School senior Macarty Carpenter Wednesday signed to play football at Kalamazoo College. “Mac” is perhaps best known as a member of the football team, but he also been a strong contributor to the Wildcat wrestling and track programs. He will be joined on the Hornets’ squad next fall by junior junior all-MIAA linebacker Quentin Sweeney, a fellow WHS grad.
