Martin sends 13 athletes to state track meet, none score

Thirteen Martin High School track athletes competed Saturday in the state Division 4 meet at Hudsonville. None of them scored.

The Clipper participants who qualified for the state meet were:

• Charley Martin 16^th in 300 hurdles with a personal best 43.36 seconds. J.R. Hildebrand also PR’d in 43.38, finishing 18th.

• James Blackburn, Sam Jager, Charley Martin and Taegan Harris 10^th in 1600-meter relay in 3:37.54.

• Chris Ramos 21^st in discus, 113-02.

• Drake Buell 21^st in pole vault, 10-03

• Charley Martin 15^th in 110-meter hurdles prelims, 17.02.

• Mercedes Morin 19^th in 1600-meter run, PR 5:52.43.

• Kyia Bozzo 21^st in 300 hurdles, 58.12.

• Kylee Gonser, Elizabeth Reinke, Gracie Shettler and Katelin Bird 21^st in 800 relay, 2:02.48.
