Ethel Louise Howell, age 86, died in Wayland Friday, May 1.
Ethel loved many things, including shopping, and especially spending time with her family. She was a great mom, always keeping a warm and welcoming home for her family. Ethel deeply loved and cherished her children and grandchildren.
Ethel is survived by her children Stephen (Brenda) Howell, Michelle (RC) Fox; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; siblings Harold (Jane) Arney, Maron Bigler, Kurt (Sharon) Arney, Carol (Dan) Marler and many extended family and friends.
Ethel is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Howell; daughters, Lori Howell, Schaorie (Gordie) Meredith; parents Aura and Letha Arney and brother, Roy Arney.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Ethel will be laid to rest privately by the family at Elmwood Cemetery in Wayland
