A 17-0 victory over Wyoming Lee Friday afternoon hiked Hopkins to an overall season record of 10-6 and 8-1 in the O-K Silver Conference.

The Lady Vikings got a nifty one-hit shutout performance by senior pitcher Sierra Smith in the nightcap. Smith walked one and struck out seven.

The offensive fireworks were led by Megan Andres with a double, a triple and a single and two runs batted in; Morgan Dykstra with a double and two singles, and Smith helped her own cause with a couple of singles, a feat matched by Rachel Black.
