Wayland High School girls’ varsity bowling coach Eric Bottrall this week decided to get his Lady Wildcats a limousine and a fancy dinner as a treat for winning the O-K Gold Conference and Division 2 regional championships last month.

The team members also expressed appreciation to Ron and Linda Lannon, owners of the local Rock ‘N Bowl establishment, which serves as home lanes for the Wayland and Martin teams. “They are amazing and treat our kids like their very own!” Bottrall exclaimed.

Wayland will bowl as a team in the state championship tournament Saturday at Plymouth Canton and senior Bella Harnish (with trophy) and junior Kadence Bottrall (far left) will compete in the individual tourney.
