Undefeated and state-ranked Gobles improved its overall season record to 12-0 Friday night with a 70-30 triumph over Martin in a Southwest Athletic Conference North Division encounter.
The Tigers wasted no time in doing what they do best, taking leads of 14-8, 34-14 and 47-19 at the three period stops.
Mollee Nelson scored 15 points and Hailey Baxter 13 for Gobles, which had four players in double figures. Ellen Doyle had a whopping 11 assists.
Junior forward Jazmine Hildebrand scored 14 points for the Clippers, who fell to 8-5 overall with the loss. Cassidy Beazley added nine points.
