Both the Hopkins High School varsity boys’ and girls’ bowling team recorded victories Wednesday afternoon. over Comstock Park. The boys won 19-11 and the girls prevailed 26-4.

The boys went up 10-nothing in the Baker games to start the match.  Comstock Park came back and took seven of nine points in the first head-to-head to game. Newcomer Charles Benting took a point, as well as James Miller, for the Vikings.

Hopkins took seven of the total nine points in the second game, with Benting taking another point, along with newcomer Noah Dame and Mickey Norsworthy each taking a point.

The Lady Vikings  also jumped out to a 10-0 advantage in the Baker games.  The girls took seven of nine points, with Abby Simpson, Alayna Ryan, and Kennedy Gill each taking a point. Kennedy Gill had the high game in the first match with a 169.

In the second match Hopkins girls again took of the nine points.  Abby Simpson rolled off a match high 170 game for the day taking her point, as well as Alayna Ryan and Leah Helder with a 169 taking a point as well.
