The Hopkins girls’ varsity basketball team defeated Grand Rapids Northpointe Christian Tuesday night at home 43-32, in an O-K Silver Conference contest.

The Vikings boys’ squad dropped a 66-43 decision at Northpointe.

The girls’ team record is now 4-7 overall and the boys are 1-9.

Both Viking squads will be on their home court Friday against Kelloggsville, with the girls getting under way at 6 p.m.
