It wasn’t a pleasant trip home Friday from Belding for the Hopkins boys’ and girls’ basketball teams.
The boys’ team suffered yet another close setback, 47-45, the sixth time this season the Vikings have lost by three or fewer points.
The Lady Vikings dropped a 49-41 decision to a Belding team that now sports a 13-5 overall season record. Hopkins fell to 8-10 overall and 7-4 in league play.
