The solid season start for the Hopkins varsity volleyball team continued Thursday night in a straight set victory over Belding.
The Vikings pushed their spotless O-K Silver record to 2-0 by prevailing 25-18, 25-22 and 25-21. Kate Cleypool led in kills with and Ellie Sebright delivered 16 digs.
Hopkins will be back in action Saturday, expecting a stern test at the Portage Northern Invitational. The Vikings now own a 12-5-3 record overall and 3-0 in the O-K Silver Conference.
