The Hopkins varsity football team evened its overall season record to 1-1 with a 36-26 victory Thursday night at Manistee.
The Vikings turned things around after a 42-21 loss at home against Newaygo the previous Thursday.
Ironically, Hopkins lost to Manistee 36-30 last season and defeated Newaygo 36-12 in 2016.
