Autumn Anderson, a 2012 graduate of Wayland High School, has taken over duties at point guard for the Hope College women’s basketball team this season.

Anderson has been averaging 5.0 points and 3.7 assists per game for the Flying Dutch. She also has earned high honors in softball, making the all-region team last spring as an outfielder.
Anderson won the Senior Female Athlete Award as a member of the softball team for four years, earning all-conference, all-county and all-region honors. She was a member of the O-K Gold and district championship teams in 2010.
She played varsity basketball for three years and was a member of the O-K Gold Conference, district and regional championship team. Anderson earned a 3.61 grade point average and a was a member of National Honor Society, PALS and Student Council.
