Wayland High School graduate Maggie Whitney earned All-American honors at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) championships last weekend in Tallahassee, Fla. Whitney, who ran for the Wildcat cross-country team and was a state qualifier in the 800 meters in her prep career, finished 38th in the race. Her Aquinas College teammates finished 16th in the competition.
