Wayland High School graduate Brenna Hyde recorded her personal best effort in the long jump and the triple jump as well Friday in the National Collegiate Christian Athletic Association (NCCAA) track meet.
She leaped 5.45 meters in the long jump and went 10.59 meters in the triple jump, finishing sixth and seventh, respectively.
Hyde excelled in the long jump while competing for Wayland High School and she now is a freshman at Grace College of Winona, Ind.
