‘Cat frosh sensation makes D-2 all-state bowling team

Kadence Bottrall

Wayland High School freshman Kadence Bottrall has been named to the first unit of the Division 2 all-state bowling team. Her coach and father, Eric, commented, “I can’t be more proud of her accomplishments this season for Wayland. To carry the highest average of 203 in the very competitive O-K Gold/Green Conference is awesome. Several all-tournament teams, helping contribute to her team to win the O-K Gold championship and to make the state finals as a team. I know she’s still disappointed in her finish in Match Play, but she will be back!” Her accomplishment follows Sidney Urban making the all-state team twice and winning the individual state crown two years ago.
