Wayland concluded its boys’ golf season Thursday by finishing 10th of 19 teams in the Division 2 regional meet at Yankee Springs Golf Course.

The Wildcats carded an 18-hole team score of 329. Forest Hills Northern won the regional championship with a round of 300 and Byron Center was runner-up at 307.

Senior Jake Omness, in his final high school match, came in with a 78, the 14th best invidual score for the day. Sophomore Rory Myers carded an 80, sophomore Carson Sevigny had an 82, junior Mitch Salisbury an 89 and senior Robert Mucci finished with a 91.
