Wayland concluded its boys’ golf season Thursday by finishing 10^th of 19 teams in the Division 2 regional meet at Yankee Springs Golf Course.

The Wildcats carded an 18-hole team score of 329. Forest Hills Northern won the regional championship with a round of 300 and Byron Center was runner-up at 307.

Senior Jake Omness, in his final high school match, came in with a 78, the 14^th best invidual score for the day. Sophomore Rory Myers carded an 80, sophomore Carson Sevigny had an 82, junior Mitch Salisbury an 89 and senior Robert Mucci finished with a 91.
