The Wayland boys’ varsity 
soccer team finished its 2016 season with a loss to Otsego in the second round of the district tournament.
The Wildcats completed the season with a 2-8 record in the O-K Gold Conference and 4-14-1 overall. They beat Gull Lake 2-1 in an upset last Tuesday evening before falling in the second round.
