The Wayland girls’ softball team took a major step toward winning yet another O-K Gold Conference softball championship Monday afternoon with a doubleheader sweep of South Christian, 12-5 and 11-8.
The victories propelled the Lady Wildcats to a 4-0 record in the O-K Gold Conference standings. The Sailors fell to 3-5.
